ZEUS CREATOR AGREEMENT
This Creator Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Zeus Creator Hub ("Zeus", "we", "us") and the undersigned creator ("Creator", "you") as of the date of acceptance below.
1. PURPOSE
Zeus engages Creator to produce, publish, and/or submit promotional video content ("Content") featuring products owned, operated, or designated by Zeus, including but not limited to Visionz.one, aimc.one, and aihubs.site ("Products").
2. SUBMISSION & APPROVAL
2.1 Creator shall submit Content via the Zeus dashboard, by file upload or by providing a public link (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or equivalent).
2.2 Each Content piece must be between thirty (30) seconds and sixty (60) seconds in length and clearly promote one of the designated Products.
2.3 Zeus shall review submissions and mark them as Approved, Rejected, or Pending Review at its sole discretion. Rejection feedback, if any, will be provided in writing within the dashboard.
2.4 Only Content that has been expressly Approved by Zeus is eligible for compensation.
3. COMPENSATION
3.1 Compensation per Approved submission is fifteen US dollars ($15.00 USD) for Content of approximately thirty (30) seconds, and twenty US dollars ($20.00 USD) for Content up to sixty (60) seconds.
3.2 Creator becomes "Eligible for Payment" only after Approval. No payment is owed for Pending or Rejected Content.
3.3 Payment shall be issued via the method on file within thirty (30) days of marking the submission as Eligible.
4. CONTENT STANDARDS
Creator warrants that all Content (a) is original or properly licensed, (b) does not infringe any third-party rights, (c) complies with applicable advertising disclosure laws (including FTC guidelines and platform rules), and (d) is free of unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or sexually explicit material.
5. LICENSE
Creator grants Zeus a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, repost, and adapt the Approved Content across Zeus and partner channels for marketing and promotional purposes.
6. EXCLUSIVITY & CONFLICTS
For the duration of an active Campaign, Creator agrees not to promote a directly competing product without Zeus's prior written consent.
7. TERMINATION
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice. Approved Content already submitted remains compensable; Pending Content may be withdrawn from review.
8. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR
Creator is an independent contractor. Nothing herein creates an employment, partnership, or agency relationship.
9. CONFIDENTIALITY
Creator shall keep non-public Campaign details, briefs, and unreleased product information strictly confidential.
10. LIABILITY
Zeus's aggregate liability under this Agreement shall not exceed amounts paid to Creator in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
11. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws applicable at Zeus's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
12. ACCEPTANCE
By checking the box and submitting the signup form, Creator acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement, and that the timestamp of acceptance constitutes a legally binding electronic signature.
